  •  For papers that got only provisional acceptance, the authors need to submit the revised paper as soon as possible (author->mypapers->submit revised paper). The revised paper will be cross checked for mandatory corrections as suggested by the reviewer(s) before final  acceptance can be given.
  • Once the paper is accepted, the final camera ready paper along with copyright (author->ieee copyright)  can be submitted from 10 Dec. 2017 till 18 Dec. 2017 (Applicable to papers that already got acceptance also).  Instructions for preparing the final camera ready paper has been communicated to the primary contact author.
  • Registration of  all accepted papers can be done from 10 Dec. 2017 though the paper management site. The site will be open for registration till 18 Dec. 2017.

“IEEE members including student members are eligible for a discount of 15% in the registration fees”

Accepted and presented papers will be submitted for inclusion to IEEE Xplore. IEEE Conference No. 42971.

Prospective authors are requested to submit six page (Maximum) full length papers of original research contributions  in proper format to the conference.

Since the conference is co-sponsored by  IEEE IAS Society, 20% of the  presented papers  will be recommended for publication in IEEE Transactions on Industry applications subject to further  review of the journal.

While more and more renewable energy resources are being explored to conserve the conventional energy resources, research and advancements are at full pace to make the planet earth carbon neutral. Electric vehicles and energy storage systems are other areas where a lot of research is taking place globally. Consequently, technology associated with Power Systems, Power Electronics and Control Systems has witnessed major challenges and promising innovations. Growing demand in the area of automation has stimulated research works in the areas of instrumentation and control as well. The main objective of the international conference, PICC-2018 is to provide a platform for researchers, academicians and professionals from the industry from all over the world to present their research results and share their ideas and expertise. The conference also provides opportunities for professional networking and collaboration with other researchers.

In tune with the above objectives, the conference secretariat requests the pleasure of participation from researchers, practitioners, academia and all interested in the theme of “Power, Instrumentation, Control and Computing” by contributing research papers as well as by attending the conference. The papers may be related to one or more of the topics as listed in the section ‘Conference Topics’. Accepted and presented papers will be submitted for inclusion to IEEE Xplore.

The International Conference on PICC organized as part of ICETEST 2018 will ensure deliberations on a slew of related topics which include but are not limited to the following

  • Power Electronics and converters
  • Power Systems
  • Electric Machines and Drives
  • Renewable energy sources – Grid integration and Stand alone operation
  • Instrumentation and Measurements
  • Energy storage systems and control
  • Fault tolerant and diagnostic techniques
  • Control Systems for power Electronics/Power System applications
  • Soft Computing and Optimization Techniques for Power Electronics/Power Systems
